Deck of Jewish Playing Cards

Fifty-nine cards (one is missing from set), depicting Jewish authors. There are four cards for each author. Text (in Yiddish) on each card names the author, provides dates of birth (and death where applicable) and four book titles. Card faces are printed in red and black ink; backs of cards are a geometric design printed on a green background.

The game is played similar to gin rummy, the first player to collect four cards of the same author is the winner.
