Originally a wrapper (called a Bogo), part of Kavesera, the set of luxurious bed-cover and pillows for wedding and childbirth bed, decorated with metal thread embroidery. A wrapper is a square cloth used to wrap other cloths. It was donated to a synagogue to be used as a reader's desk cover. The inscription reads: "In memory of the souls of Abraham Danon and Gershon Tranto, the donor Moshe Tranto".
